Defects or Usage Problems
  1. Parasol is unstable/moves excessively
    1. All domestic grade cantilever parasols of this design are subject to some wind movement. Firstly please review the page in your instructions entitled “Caring For Your Parasol”
    2. Ensure that the canopy is tied to the poll using the Velcro stability strap. If you are unsure what this is, please email us at [email protected] with your Amazon order number so we can investigate and provide additional support.
    3. Ensure that the parasol is not used in windy conditions
    4. Check that you have fitted the included G-Blocs base weights around the feet of the parasol correctly, have filled with water or sand or water & sand
    5. Check the parasol is on level ground (not grass). Check the additional instructions for how to use the G-Blocs base weights. These should be included in the G-Blocs box.
