Delivery of our Parasol with G-Blocs Base Bundles

Thank you for purchasing a Divine Style Cantilever Parasol & G-Blocs Base bundle. This product bundle is delivered in two boxes. Usually our carrier XDP deliver both components together within 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday) - well that's the idea. However, carriers being carriers - especially for larger items like these don't always deliver both boxes at the same time like they should.

Usually however, XDP will deliver the missing component within 5 working days of receiving the first component. Frustrating I agree, but please allow up to 5 working days (Monday - Friday). We/you could raise an enquiry at this stage, but they will simply say to wait.

Q: What's my tracking number?
A: You will have been sent via text or email your tracking number. You can manage your delivery by visiting the XDP tracking page here alternatively you can download their app to manage your delivery
Q: I have only received 1 box and the tracking says "Delivery Complete"?
A: We agree the tracking page could be improved. Don't worry, the tracking will update once the second box is out for delivery. If after 5 working days (Mon-Fri) you still haven't received the second box, shoot us a message to the email address below. Don't forget to include your order number so we know where to look.
Q: Okay I have waited 7 working days and nothing has arrived?
A: Please send us an email using the contact below. We need to get this resolved for you. Don't forget to include your order number so we know where to look.
Q: I have been tracking my shipment and XDP says they haven't received anything yet?
A: It can take 2 days for the consignment to be scanned in to the network. If 2 days have elapsed. shoot us a message using the contact below. Don't forget to include your order number so we know where to look.
Q: XDP have informed me of delivery but I will not be in?
A: You can manage your delivery by visiting the XDP tracking page 
here alternatively you can download their app to manage your delivery
Q: I need this item urgently for a present/party/event etc.?
A: We do not offer expedited shipment on these items due to their size and weight. The delivery window was communicated during checkout. There is nothing we can do to expedite delivery once the order has been accepted and the bundle is in XDPs network.
